Appointed Executive Director of the Strategic Growth Council in December 2015.
Works on efforts related to development and implementation of statewide and regional land use planning efforts, including implementation of Senate Bill 375, sustainable infrastructure, and infill and transit-oriented development policies.
Senior Advisor for Environmental Science and Policy at the Strategic Growth Council.
Provides leadership to the SGC in developing policy and implementation innovations that foster community prosperity, infill development, and sustainable growth, with a focus on leveraging the State's investment in high-speed rail.
Develops and implements strategies focused on the integration of conservation priorities within the context of development planning, with specific attention to the California High Speed Rail system.
Serves as a senior policy analyst for the Strategic Growth Council.
Serving as a liaison specifically for SB 535 identified “Disadvantaged Communities” with the goal of ensuring that AHSC and other important California Climate Investments reach these communities.
Stacy focuses on program coordination and alignment across the various programs and grants managed by the SGC.
Mackenzie is responsible for strategic planning, communications and social media, for the Strategic Growth Council.
Kathy Leuterio currently serves as a Senior Administrative Liaison for the California Strategic Growth Council
Executive Assistant for the SGC and helps oversee interagency coordination, assists with the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities program, and Council Meeting preparation.
